New project by Valery Tolstov, Creator of Authentic Light Orchestra.

The project – Russian language and folklore, strung on a dangerous mix of such genres as rock, pop, electronica and world music.

The program will include arrangements of Russian folk songs performed by a wonderful folk singer from Perm, Irina Piganova, as well as arrangements and original compositions by Valery Tolstov.

Barocco And La Prima

Only in Perm a group of associates performing chamber music with the middle ages,Renaissance, Baroque and classicism.

Barocco And La Prima is an authentic performance, original, historic instruments, rare chamber music for the seeker and the thinking of the listener. A La prima (from the Italian. a la prima "in one sitting") — a kind of the art of oil painting (also used in watercolor), allowing to complete the painting in one session. The artist, using this technique, finish the image up to the complete drying of the paint, while the traditional method of painting involves applying paint layer by layer and waiting for another layer to dry.

Barocco a La Prima - the music of the past centuries come to life once again today.

Ensemble "Trigolos"

Folklore ensemble "Trigolo" was first announced in 2015, but all its members – gatherers and performer in the song folklore of the Kama region as the saying goes "with experience". Each with its own history and creative destiny. Irina Piganova – ethnic musician, performer of folklore, music of the middle Ages and Renaissance, Marina Krysov – folk artist, specialist in traditional textiles, Marina Sukhanova Secretary, art-expert Council on national art crafts at the Ministry of culture of the Perm region, an expert in the field of traditional culture and festival movement in the Perm region.

The repertoire is based on the forwarding of the records participating in 1990 and 2010. and supplemented from published archival sources. Preference is given to drawling lyrical and wedding songs, round dances, but there is in the repertoire and dance and games, and instrumental music, and works of non-musical folklore – tales, little stories, plots.

Folklore ensemble "Trigolo" – the winner of the competition for the award of the ethnomusicology award "PEACE" in the framework of the International festival of ethnic music and crafts "MIR of SIBERIA" in 2018 in the category "Ensemble of the small form"; nominee for the award in the field of ethnic music of Russian World Music Awards (2017), the finalist of all-Russian festival-competition "Music of the Earth" (2017).

"Trigolo" is a creative Union of Mature artists, United by a keen interest to comprehend the popular culture, to share emotions, knowledge and experiences with each other and with the audience.
